Occupancy Control
Ok, So you don't have a Nightclub to look after, but you still need to be
able to see how many people are in your premises at any given time, or you
want to know how many visitors arrive at the premises and how popular each
attraction or unit is.
Other uses
Because CRAMS is designed to be flexible and can use many different devices
as data inputs it is able to be used in many different types of premises.
It can also be easily configured to only monitor incoming visitors only
so can be used purely as a footfall reporting tool.
For example.
- Football Grounds and Sports Stadiums.
The turnstyles in most stadiums can be used to give inputs to the data
collection device and as the cable length can be in excess of 0.5 Km
(around 1/3 of a mile) the size of stadium should not be an issue.
- Retail or Leisure Complex.
Sensor devices could be added to the entry points of the complex to
give an overall view of visitor numbers and can also be added to any
unit within the complex to manage or monitor individual areas.
- Shop Footfall Monitor.
Many retail outlets need to monitor the footfall count into the premises
as a measure of how popular the outlet is and then relate this to buying
customers.
- Temporary Venues
Because CRAMS can be reconfigured quickly and simply it can used on
a temporary basis, Exhibitions, Shows, Demonstration Venues, even Outdoor
Events and Marquees can be handled providing a suitable power source
is available.
