Nightclub Capacity Reporting and Monitoring
CRAMS was developed to assist in the door control of multi-themed nightclubs or multi-occupancy venues with transfer between areas and is capable of several configurations as standard. It was originally conceived and developed as a fully automatic system with a sensor matrix at each monitored doorway but while the first few installations demonstrated an accuracy of over 95% could be achieved, it proved to inflexible from an operational and maintenance point of view and required a great deal of upheaval during installation and setting up. This later development is 100% accurate, maintenance is at a minimum and installation on smaller systems can be done in a very short timeframe. The continuing development of the system and the progress in technology means that many more types of premises can now benefit from a CRAM system.

General System Configuration
The system can be configured to monitor and display occupancy counts from 1 to 8 areas simultaneously with data collected from 1 to 24 doors. Each configured area can be named so that the on screen display will match the venue room names. A display is located at every input point so door management can see the occupancy status of every zone and take action accordingly. There is also a feature where two areas can be combined into one. Everything about the system can be configured on site. Even if another room and associated doors were added to the venue, the existing system could be configured to add this into the calculations and display, provided that the system maximums were not exeeded.
